Pyre LLC provides sauna and wellness services through pop-up events and our bathhouse facility in Richmond, VA. Through our website, you can:

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
  • No-shows: Will be charged the full session fee
  • Refunds: Available for cancellations made within the specified timeframe
  • Weather/Emergency Cancellations: Full refunds provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

Health and Safety

Health Requirements

  • You must be in good health to participate in sauna sessions
  • Consult your physician before use if you have any medical conditions
  • Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or other health concerns should seek medical advice

Assumption of Risk

  • You participate in sauna sessions at your own risk
  • We are not liable for any health issues that may arise
  • Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions

Age Restrictions

  • Services are not intended for children under 13
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
