From our community
“A transformative experience inside and out. My inner landscape feels tended to with thoughtful guided questions, my body buzzing from the heat and cold, and my mind is calmer and clearer.”
“The facilitated questions give people the opportunity to be vulnerable in a safe space. I walk away feeling empowered, grounded, and equipped to handle stressors.”
Sarah S. · Guided Session “The intention set for the session, community experience and support from the Pyre team. The balance of guidance and free time was perfect.”

Membership questions
What do you mean by 'for life'?
Your $199/mo founding rate never goes up for as long as you keep your membership. Standard Unlimited will be $249/mo, and even if that price rises over the years, yours stays at $199. Pausing your membership doesn't affect your rate. If you cancel, the founding rate ends, and rejoining later would be at the standard price.
What counts as unlimited?
Unlimited monthly credits for sauna + cold plunge sessions. Book any session with open spots, as often as you like.
How do guest passes work?
You get 4 guest passes every month. Add a friend when you book your session and they come with you on us.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months in any 12-month period.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are for one person and are not shareable — but your guest passes are made for bringing people along.
