Improv // Sauna // Plunge
Webster's Dictionary defines "improv" as... just kidding. I'm not going to do that. Or am I? No. Let's be serious. Guys, let's be serious for a second. "Improv," typically short for "improv comedy," is an "art" "form" where people (maybe you?) make up scenes on the spot, in the moment. Believe it or not, a lot of improv isn't even about being funny. More than anything else, improv is about playfulness, connection, and support. And also *gasp* being yourself. In this beginner-friendly workshop, we'll explore some simple games and exercises in a supportive, low-stakes environment and give you a taste of what improv is all about. No acting, comedy, or performance experience required. Come reconnect with that kid who loved making stuff up before your adult self started saying, "Cut it out." After the workshop, we'll do some sauna and cold plunge. Sound nice? It will be. Pinky swear.
